Refinement & approvals

Refinement within a stage
Within the current stage, we refine and iterate until you’re happy to approve the outcome. We focus on improving the work, not counting “rounds”.
What “unlimited refinement” means
Polishing within the agreed direction: layout tweaks, detail refinement, consistency improvements, and alignment to the agreed goals.
What it doesn’t mean
A full change of direction after extended refinement, adding new requirements outside scope, or revisiting approved stages after sign-off.

No problem — we’ll pick up where we left off. However, the timeline extends because later approvals push later stages, and our availability window may shift.

  • DNS connection and managed launch support

FAQ

It depends on scope and how quickly we can move through feedback. Your proposal includes an estimated timeline, and we’ll keep you updated as the project progresses.

A deposit reserves your project slot, followed by milestone payments at agreed stages. Final balance is due before launch.

Refinements within the current stage are included. Scope expansion, new requirements, or changes to approved work are additional work and quoted separately.

Full copyright transfers to you automatically once final payment is cleared. Everything we build is yours.
