2) What this policy covers

This policy applies when you:

• submit an enquiry through our forms
• communicate with us about a project and, if you become a client, during delivery

A) When you browse the website

• Technical data that helps the site work and stay secure (device/browser information and basic logs).
• Cookie choices you make (accept/reject).

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect website usage data through Google Analytics (see section 9).

B) When you contact us or submit an enquiry

We collect what you choose to send us, typically your contact details and information about your project (for example, your message and any form selections such as budget range, company size/industry, or how you heard about us).

When you submit an enquiry through our website form, your information may be processed by third-party providers used for website hosting, form handling, workflow automation, enquiry management, and email delivery so that we can receive, organise, review, and respond to your enquiry.

C) If you become a client

We may process additional information needed to deliver the project, such as project communications and feedback, billing/invoicing details, and materials you provide (copy, images, brand assets, access details).

Please don’t send sensitive personal data (for example, health information) through the website form or by email/WhatsApp unless we specifically ask for it.

4) How we use your data (and our lawful bases)

• Respond to enquiries and decide whether we’re a fit (legitimate interests / taking steps before entering a contract).
• Prepare quotes/proposals and deliver agreed services (contract).
• Manage admin like invoices, record-keeping and resolving issues (legitimate interests and/or legal obligation).
• Keep the website secure and functioning (legitimate interests; essential cookies).
• Improve the website using analytics, only if you consent (consent).

5) Who we share your data with

We only share personal data where necessary to run the website, handle enquiries, communicate with you, analyse website performance where permitted, or deliver our services.

This may include trusted third-party providers for website hosting, form handling, workflow automation, enquiry management or CRM, email delivery, analytics, collaboration tools, and professional contractors or subcontractors where relevant.

We do not sell personal data.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and you can object to certain processing. You can also withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent (like analytics cookies).

A) Essential cookies

We use essential cookies (and similar technologies) to keep the site secure and working properly. These don’t require consent.

B) Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)

 If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used and improve it. If you reject analytics cookies, analytics will not run.

10) Marketing messages

We don’t send unsolicited marketing. If we ever add marketing (for example, a newsletter), we’ll ask for opt-in consent and you’ll be able to opt out any time.
